Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

• Your answers about your baby's sleep: how they fall asleep, how often they wake, what settles them, their naps, bedtime and wake-up time.
• The nights and naps you log in the app, including feeds.
• Anything about your baby's health that you write to your coach, such as reflux, allergies, a medical condition or being born early.

Only to give you what you ask us for: your assessment results, your baby's plan, the app and your coaching. We also use it to keep the service working properly.

From you. We don't buy health data, and we don't collect it from anyone else.

Our coaches, so they can support your family, and the companies that run parts of our service for us, only so they can do that job:

• Supabase, which holds our database, your login and your plan
• Vercel, which hosts our website and app
• Resend, which sends our emails
• Inngest, which schedules our emails
• Google Workspace, which holds our inbox when you email us
• PostHog, which tells us how our site is used

We never sell it. We never share it for advertising, and we never use it to target ads.

You can ask us to confirm whether we hold health data about you or your baby, send you a copy, delete it, or stop using it. You can also ask for a list of the companies we've shared it with.

Email hello@cradletot.com. We'll reply within 30 days. If we say no, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we'll look at it again. If you're still not happy, you can contact your state attorney general.
