Terms of Service

Cradletot gives sleep education and coaching. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it doesn't replace your pediatrician.

Some of our coaches are also nurses or midwives. At Cradletot they work as sleep consultants, not as your or your baby's nurse or midwife.

Talk to your pediatrician before starting a sleep plan if your baby has a medical condition, was born early, has reflux or allergies, or isn't feeding or growing well. If you're worried about your baby's breathing, feeding or weight, call your pediatrician. In an emergency, call 911.

Always follow safe sleep guidance: your baby goes to sleep on their back, on a flat, firm surface, with no weighted sleepwear, blankets or swaddles, and no inclined sleepers. Our plans are for babies four months and older.

You are responsible for your baby's care, and for deciding whether our suggestions are right for your family.

You must be 18 or older, and the parent or legal guardian of the baby you tell us about.

The plan ($37) includes:

• a personalized written sleep plan for your baby, as a PDF and in the app
• the Cradletot app, for following your plan and logging your baby's sleep
• The Cradletot Sleep Handbook, as a PDF

Messaging ($19) is fourteen days of one-on-one messaging with a certified sleep coach in the app. It isn't part of the plan's price. Added at checkout, your days start when you tap "Start night 1". Added later in the app, they start when you buy it, or when you tap "Start night 1" if that comes later.

Your coach reads every message and aims to reply every morning. Coaching is by message, not by phone, and it isn't an emergency service. When your coaching days end, you keep your plan and can keep using the app for as long as we offer it.

The camp is an optional fourteen-day group program, sold separately. It includes four live group video calls with a coach, on days 0, 3, 7 and 12 of the camp, and your coach reads your logged nights and replies in the app every morning. Each camp has at most 10 families. The camp is $399. Whatever you've already paid for the plan and messaging comes off, so with the plan alone, bought at full price, you pay $362. Camp dates are shown before you join.

You can also buy these on their own, without the plan:

• The Cradletot Sleep Handbook ($69): a PDF, emailed to you. It's general sleep information, not a plan written for your baby.
• One-on-one coaching ($149): fourteen days of messaging with a certified sleep coach in the Cradletot app, starting when you buy it. It doesn't include a written sleep plan.
• The Cradletot app ($119): the night log, the nap timer and a schedule for your baby's age, for twelve months from when you buy it. The schedule is general guidance, not a plan written for your baby. One payment, nothing renews. It doesn't include a written sleep plan or messaging with a coach. When the twelve months end, the app stops opening until you buy another year or the plan; what you logged stays in your account, and you can ask us to delete it.

• Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe.
• Every purchase is a one-time payment. There's no subscription, and nothing renews.
• When you buy the plan, your card is saved securely with Stripe for faster checkout. We only charge it again if you tap to add messaging or to join the camp.

• The plan, and messaging: if it isn't right for you, email us within fourteen days of buying it for a full refund. You don't need to give a reason. Once the plan is refunded, your access to the plan, the app and messaging ends. Once messaging is refunded, your messages with your coach end.
• The camp: email us before the end of day 2 of your camp for a full refund. The camp starts on day 0, with the first call. After day 2, the camp can't be refunded.
• The handbook, coaching and the app bought on their own: email us within fourteen days of buying for a full refund. You don't need to give a reason. Once coaching is refunded, your messages with your coach end; once the app is refunded, your access to it ends.
• If we cancel or move a camp and the new date doesn't suit you, we'll refund the camp in full.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

None of this limits any rights you have under consumer laws that can't be excluded.

Every baby is different, and so is every family. We can't promise a particular result, or that your baby will sleep a certain way by a certain night.

You log in with a link we send to your email, so keep your email account secure. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. Each plan is written for one baby.

Your plan, the app and everything on our site belong to Machitis Pty Ltd. You're welcome to use your plan for your own family. Please don't share, sell or publish it.

Please be kind to our coaches. We may end access for anyone who is abusive, misuses the service or breaks these terms. If we end your access when you haven't broken these terms, we'll refund what you paid.

We work hard to give you good, careful advice, but we provide Cradletot as it is. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility the law doesn't allow us to limit, or any rights you have under consumer laws.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't affect anything you've already bought.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If you live in the US, you keep any protections your state's consumer laws give you.

If something goes wrong, please email us first. We'll try to put it right within 30 days.
